Pros

The fact that they have an open door policy where employees can speak with a supervisor or manager. Very comfy environment.

Cons

Business oriented environment. Things do happen but they are a no "nonsense" office for tardiness. Be prepared for business all the way.

Pros

Great company that really cares about its employees. I worked for corporate accounting and was impressed by the profesionalism of everyone I worked with. It was also a very colegial atmosphere.

Cons

I can't really think of too many downsides. Of course, there are quality standards that need to be met, but that is not a big deal.

Pros

Decent pay in comparison to it's competitors. Store managers are usually willing to work with you on the schedule if you need a certain day off.

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance, very little chance for advancement, major concerns with what direction the company is heading in.
