Pros

Ability to work from home. Great to work with the same old wags people. Town Hall meetings do help to an extent.

Cons

Changes brought in 2 yrs back have not helped, communication is still not open, and not shared. more silos have been created.

Pros

Most employees are great and pay is decent.

Cons

Budget cuts and less staff makes for a more hectic work environment. Lots of impatient and rude patients/customers.

Pros

I loved working in the photo department, it was a lot of fun and I always had something to do. My managers were awesome and my co-workers were great to work with. I always had a fun time at work, but I still got my work done.

Cons

Management was good most of the time, sometimes they weren't very clear on specific tasks they wanted me to do, but they were always available if I had any questions. I never liked working as the front cashier. The schedule was written 3 weeks at a time, which made it hard when you needed time off, especially since there were very few employees at my location.
