Pros

Your work changes everyday, definitely not boring. You work with a variety of people. You gain a lot of management experience. In general, the work is satisfying. The pay is great.

Cons

The company is slowing its growth in many regions, so moving up in the company is difficult. You see the dark side of people come out when dealing with theft and angry customers.

Pros

All the good store manager that I had, I recieved plenty of pay raises. Very easy job. There is plenty of time to talk with fellow employees if all the task are done and if the store is slow.

Cons

If task are not done, store manager will yell at the best employee that was working that night. Store mangers does not really care about the good employees. I had to argue with one store manager every semester to get the amout of hours in. Assitant mangers will transfer about every year.
