Pros

The pay is better than other places for the same job.

Cons

You have to be best friends or else suck up in order to be promoted. Sales are everything of course and they set ridiculous goals for you. No work/life balance. We have sick days, but are not allowed to use them. Be prepared to work all holidays and weekends.

Pros

They are not flexible in getting you time off. Also they are very respectful of their workers the management will always help in any situation

Cons

Good hours, however they will not give you an opportunity to advance unless you really commit your time and effort to them every hour of the day
