Pros

allows alternative work arrangements.

Cons

Benefits lack in many areas: no tuition reimbursement, taking away retirement health benefits, systems antiquated, to many levels of management to get things done. Health insurance is getting stricter, executive leadership lacks diversity.

Pros

Store and pharmacy managers were nice and realistic about some of the crazy goals that corporate would force on us.

Cons

SELL SELL SELL it was ridiculous how much you had to push stuff on customers!! To ring someone up you had to ask for a cellphone number, then try to sign them up for texts, ask for email address, then ask if they have had all the shots available to them and try to sell them and then ask for donations for any number of things. (eg: Red Nose Day)
