      Pros

      Autonomy to schedule my business based on the needs of my district. Able to find solutions to problems by working with peers versus directives being delivered from corporate.

      Cons

      People planned for promotions based on who likes them versus results. Leadership not always transparent and truthful. Unwillingness to make changes needed in specific markets to enhance the business.

      Okay if you can handle the call center environment

      -Customers are generally nice, they just want their medication refills -Management, though tired of me, was fine

      Cons

      -No downtime, even late into the late shift it was difficult to find a point where calls would stop coming -Excessively micromanaged, the damn place has cameras everywhere just to see if you're "slacking off." -I was once written up for using Google Calendar on my second screen to plan my day -They start off easy on you then start cracking down once its time for you to get your trainee's license and take calls -Low pay -Bedbugs, along with other bug infestations -No chances to move up, leading positions were just more stress with the same pay -Not a very stimulating job -Angry customers were really angry
