Pros

Benefits are good, flexible work from home capabilities. Interactions with most departments are positive. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. It’s a real shame that a few bad managers can ruin a good working environment.

Cons

CFO is MIA and allows his directors to bully and badger their staff. HR appears to be powerless to intervene. This place needs better checks and balances, and more structure for upper management. There doesn’t appear to be any direction from leadership what so ever.

Pros

Family environment; caring and friendly environment

Cons

Corporate communication is fragmented; Management/leadership lacks the ability to own the message of "why". A lot of management are in place because they've learned how to survive the changes, not necessarily because they are qualified

Pros

Scheduling flexibility, open for a variety of hours

Cons

Management sucks, barely any training, not an environment where you can thrive/grow, come rules are very tedious and management is always on the defense.
