Pros

Starting wages are above average for warehouse work. Incentives are nice. It is good if you like overtime.

Cons

Odd shifts. Hour calls if work is not completed at the end of the shift. Piece rates are hard to attain. Worked with one manager who was a control freak in Split Case. Not a lot of happy people.

Pros

At least you have a job if you’re currently working there. If you’re looking to work there, as long as you brown nose you should fit right in to most positions.

Cons

Leadership is structured poorly. Store/district managers have cliques creating a culture of favoritism for some and mistreatment for others. Benefits have gotten worse.
