Pros

Your experience here will greatly vary depending on the store and staff you have. Luckily I was fortunate enough to have a great store and team to guide and mentor. Insurance. Profit sharing. 401K. 15% discount. Perkspot offers numerous other discounts.

Cons

High turnover. Shoplifting policy is a joke. Safety. Schedule is Written for the needs of the business and open for holidays, some stores 24hrs. No respect for work/life balance. Guilting employees into staying/coming in and running them ragged.

Pros

Flexible Schedule- that is even questionable

Cons

Unrealistic Goals Not enough store hours Under appreciated When you leave you basically have no experience at anything - so don’t try to get anything else but another retail job Benefits only benefit short term hourly employees Never see your family on the holidays Money spent on crappy initiatives that never stick Corporate says lots of words that never happen
