Pros

Company is expanding internationally and domestically. Strong company performance. Strong vision driven company. Well salaried employees and good raises during difficult economy.

Cons

Too much change in Vision, Mission, and Culture since 2009. Long term employees are looked at as a hindrance as opposed to an asset. Too many senior leadership roles hiring many outsourced companies to perform tasks. Too many and often changing standard operating procedures.
