Pros

Good variety of work and projects.

Cons

Finance shoulders a lot of expectations to deliver the business' performance. Finance leaders recognize the teams are understaffed and are maximum workload capacity. But, they don't do anything to actually address the issue.

Pros

Pay is decent for third shift but they expect you to do millions of tasks each night

Cons

Pay is decent for third shift but they expect you to do millions of tasks each night. Try don't give you breaks or bathroom breaks. The manager hides in the back and leaves you alone in the store. You are expected to work all over the store and watch the front and ring up customers while stocking coolers and doing things where you can't actually watch the store but still be held accountable for the store when you can't see it
