Pros

Coworkers are the best part of this job; This is a last resort job. Do not plan on a career path here unless you have no ambition.

Cons

There is not enough space. Enter at your own risk. Horrible business practices. Borderline fraudulent.

Pros

Not much used to be good pay and benefits. Good coworkers is about it.

Cons

Everything!!! Not good health insurance or any other benefits. Took away all reasons to stay and treat senior employees like garbage. They even took away getting vacation by seniority. You get first choice and submit all choices not knowing if will get. So if need 2 days in row or have more than 1 kids birthday chances are you won't get. Hey great if job hopper but takes away reason to make it a career. The warehouse is filthy only care about cleaning when corporate going to visit. Was just asked in meeting why batteries take so long and why we don't get clean cafes or break rooms. Apparently in their cleaning is unimportant mind set they cut the battery changers and janitor jobs even though were hardly any. We can't get clean totes in split case they eliminated our tote washer and going to replace with temps. Just got greedy and could care less about employees. We also have 0 senior mgmt

Pros

Employees days, employee discount, free prescription savings.

Cons

Inadequate training; threw me on the floor instead of having me complete online training; had to finish all of my training over 10 months after I had started. Made me work 40 hours a week for my first 3 or 4 weeks on top of having another job and 17 credit hours. Inadequate staffing; one worker is expected to do the job of multiple people for one lousy wage. At least consider offering bonuses in situations like this if you want to keep employees. The store needs to be closed if there is only one CSA and one manager (or even if there is just one manager) or start seeking other employees to step in. No ifs, ands, or buts. Don't expect the store to be immaculate in this case either. Good workers are punished while bad ones are rewarded. Unfair promotions; didn't receive a promotion after working there for almost a year while someone that had been there for 3 months was promoted. Lack of accommodation to college students' schedules or requests for days off. Sexual harassment isn't taken seriously; basically forced employees to quit instead of firing them. Lack of communication with asset protections. Was stalked and harassed by a customer at work for 3 days and management did nothing. Never closes, even if there is 5 feet of snow, a tornado touches down, or power goes out. If you get stuck going to work, you better start keeping de-icer and a shovel to clean up snow and ice patches along the way. Have to constantly annoy customers with donations to x, y, and z organizations and if you don't get any donations, that's how they apparently determine your worth as an employee. Even if you come in when you're not scheduled, never called in, and are a good worker.
