No communication, no organization, no training, no motivation, no room for growth, no security. There 5 or more shift leaders at each store - shift leaders who has not been promote to Assistant Manager or Store Manager level - they all do not want to be promote to the next level of management. Per each shift leader they will leave Walgreens before being promote at Walgreens. Overall Walgreens was the worst mistake I ever made.

No raises for 2 years, cut pharmacist and technician hours to skeleton crew while still expecting superior customer service, "fast food" mentality of CEOs that the only thing that matters is speed.
