Pros

Flexible during school Easy work Good experience with customers and general sales knowledge

Cons

Floor employees are clearly not a priority Shrinking benefits Pay is not competitive Ridiculously more demanding the farther you move up, not worth the small pay increases.

Pros

Always more than enough work to do, not boring

Cons

Always more to do than possible for one person usually to the detriment of employee morale and customer service. Ever shrinking labor budgets force most "full time " cashiers and other positions to work inconsistent numbers ofhours in most stores as the budget constantly changes with the season or arbitrary change of the wind.

Pros

Large company good job security.

Cons

Benefits were steadily dropping each year I worked there. Upper management seemed to introduce tasks for the store employees that were sometimes out of touch or unrealistic.
