Pros

great employer to have on resume good experience for developing base knowledge marketing/paid media decent benefits work/life balance - remote 2 days a week

Cons

They want “experienced level” employees, but pay entry level. Salaries are not competitive The bonus structure is not rewarding. ($1000 annual bonus is not a bonus) promotions rarely take place. If you want to grow/develop, this isn't the place for you. Corporate politics

Pros

I gained experience in insurance while working here.

Cons

Hours cut, no clear communication, lack of organization, and very hostile environment. Very disorganized, with no clear communication. They over hired so they cut everyone’s hours. They fired me after have a face to face meeting with me guaranteeing I would have a job. I am over 5 months pregnant and they would embarrass me about having to use the restroom. They made it very clear that even though we are a pharmacy they did not care about their employees health. They are rude as well if your ever talking to someone above you they will interrupt you mid sentence and act like it’s your fault.
