Pros

Working in specialty is better than their retail.

Cons

*disclaimer: i don't know if all stores are like this but the one i worked at fits this bill.* no team work, communication sucks, favoritism at its finest, makes it hard to receive bonus or grow in your role. doesn't approve most u.s. holidays off. the cons list could be longer but morally of the story is it's not a place to make a career at unless you are in management...and its hard to get to that point.

Pros

For a large company my store has a close family feel between colleges. They are willing to work with different schedules so there is a good work/life balance.

Cons

Raises are low, yearly, and based on a particular metric.
