Pros

It is fairly busy throughout the year and you do have quiet a few regulars that come in. A lot of the other servers are very friendly and helpful. Management can be understanding of certain situations for call ins.

Cons

There is major favoritism that plays a part of good sections, getting to call-in, or getting promotions. They take advantage of their best workers by never promoting them because “nobody else will do the job right” if they move you up. They also punish all the servers as a “team” when some servers are not running food or sidework. They make everyone have two table sections and make their customers wait even longer!! That is just bad business. Yet they still refuse to fire the servers that are being lazy because the mangers like to flirt with them instead. Some management is also blatantly racist to their kitchen workers. They also suspend you for a week just for missing one thing on a mystery shop!!

Pros

It all depends on the staff you work with that'll depict whether you enjoy working here or not.

Cons

Don't expect Drew Brees to show up and act like he actually knows whats going on in the business.
