Could be worse, but there are areas for improvement

Always have a job unless you're trying to get fired. There are opportunities for upward movement within the company, but it doesn't happen overnight and you have to earn it.

Cons

Not as competitive financially as others.

-Bought out by big copra , and it shows -Too many chiefs , not enough . . . -no tool plan
