Pros

Hm, not much. There are a few good people here, nothing to brag about though.

Cons

A Couple problems actually. We were probably the only company not working from home during pandemic, its like they always want to see your face. Our Water was shut off and they still wanted us to show up, couldn't even use the bathroom.
