Pros

Good work stay busy and the journeyman and masters actually want to teach you. I loved it

Cons

They didn't move you around on different project that often so it took longer to learn something. For example. If you are pulling wire for three weeks then all of a sudden they want you to bend pipe if you didn't do it that much you are going to be slow at it learning as you go but they want you to get it done fast

Treat you like you’re very valuable then have a tendency to do a 180 and treat you like a number or disposable asset
