More overtime than you can work, decent pay and benefits

Poor handling of projects leading to extra stress and Mandatory overtime. While management was usually understanding, complaints were met with mockery.

A lot of overtime (average of 56 hours a week) if you are looking to make extra money and safe work conditions for construction

Cons

Very big company so for beginners the learning curve may be very slow compared to working on smaller companies. Also overtime can be a con if you don’t like to work more than 40 hours.
