      ........... Don't make me laugh.

      Cons

      Been in the field for 20 years and they have the worst superintendent's I have ever seen. The worst two they have are actually brothers.

      Good benefits package. Able to work overtime regularly.

      Cons

      Opportunities depend on who you know, whether you're a hunting or gaming buddy. Putting inexperienced help in positions of management and leadership has really hurt the Network Division, but luckily those inexperienced Pms, Superintendents and Foremen have moved on. Rewarding inexperienced people with promotions/office jobs when they put in their 2 week notice because of who they know. Pay attention to the ethnicity of the people in the field compared to those in office and you'll see it's a 'Good Ole Boy' system.
