Pros

Nice co-workers. That's all really.

Cons

Very unorganized, and stressful. No one knows what is going on with projects. Expectations are to handle large projects within terrible time constraints.Honestly. Everything. The hours are terrible. Your job is to listen and record webcastings. You also need to edit the audio and video to spec. Inbetween the time spent listening, you should be updating/writing code.
