Wallick is truly driven by their core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Of all of the companies I have worked for this is one of the most positive work environments I have been a part of. The senior management seems to care about the wellbeing an development of their teams. Everyone in the organization wants to do the best job possible to deliver quality homes to our residents since we serve a population that is in need.

Cons

There are not many downsides. Like many mid to large size companies that are growing it can be difficult to keep up with who is responsible for handling a particular task. Most of the time though our team is able to work together quickly to get any issues worked out.

Wallick has an amazing culture. The senior employees are always willing to help and make everyone immediately feel like a part of the team. Senior leadership is committed to making a difference in the communities that we serve. It’s a great place to work.
