friendly, industrious employees, and nice, elderly residents

Cons

very poor quality food for residents and employees. morale is low, due to unusually low wages and 1% to 2.5% pay increases. mushrooms growing on hallway carpet should be eliminated by eliminating water source, NOT by using an herbicide!
