      Pros

      Wallick genuinely cares about their residents and associates. The company has gone above in beyond during COVID-19 to recognize the local heroes working in its senior living and affordable housing communities. The company is growing and there is lots of opportunity for associates to thrive and develop their careers at Wallick.

      Cons

      The senior living industry and the good folks that work in our communities are truly challenged by COVID-19.

      Great team work and collaboration. The company really lives up to their values, and believes in putting the employees and residents first.
