Pros
Company has taken a wide turn over the last ten years from metric focused to employee focused. This is a very comfortable place to work and the only expectation is that you come in and do what you were hired to do and that you care about what you do.
Cons
In the process of alot of changes (as any culture shift will cause). This leads to some abrupt changes at times.
