      Pros

      1. Employee people who want to work 2. Managers care about employees. They take the time to check-in and learn about the people that work for them. 3. Great work-life balance. I am able to work 40 hours a week and not expected to put in overtime automatically. I am always asked and never pressured into working extra. I did not have this in past jobs. 4. Everyone is willing to help, always! I have people holding doors and asking to carry heavy boxes all the time. I'm 100% capable of this, but it is nice to know that help is available.

      Cons

      I have no complaints at this time.

      Pros

      Great work environment. Opportunity for growth. No matter what position you are in with this company both you and your opinion matter.

      Cons

      Not really a con with the company just the industry as a whole. Dealing with the trucking industry as it ebbs and flows can be very stressful. There are alot of learning opportunities to be had and it can get fairly overwhelming at times.
