      Pros

      I got to see how the lab worked. Sorting and checking RX in frames for patients and doing small repairs when needed. But that's about all. Nothing like I was told it would be in my interview.

      Cons

      Management. If you like feeling like you do not have enough training or feel like you can ask questions freely without taking a hit to your self esteem daily. Then by all means work here. Or if you would rather feel confident and well educated seek other work options elsewhere. Horrible management should have headed the warnings posted here before I took the job.

      Pros

      The company is employee owned and contributes substantially more to retirement funds vs. other companies. They allow you the ability to learn new skills to move upwards within the company and focus on you and your strengths.

      Cons

      6 divisions operate independently and sometimes can feel chaotic or make it difficult to understand the overall performance of the company when you only have access to 1 set of goals.

      I am learning a ton while working with bright and enthusiastic people. Everyone is dedicated to seeing you secede. Being apart of a company you own really changes the way you work

      Cons

      Don’t have any at this time. If I had to pick something as a con, the WiFi can be slow at times
