Great benefits and thats about it.
Cons
Almost no room to grow within the company. You will be doing the same job for 10+ years with almost no opportunities given to move up into a different position even after applying for jobs you are more than qualified for. If one team within a division is not doing their job to meet their jobs requirements, the whole division is punished on yearly pay increases instead of only affecting the the one team to force them to step up their work habits.
