Pros

Nice staff, Hard working and willing to work together most of the time.

Cons

The biggest issue is the tech is always changing which causes retraining constantly and old systems break before the new systems are in place so it causing issues with compliance and safety policies. Another issue with the tech is most people don't understand how the inventory system works and thus some stores are able to control their business while others cannot because the inventory system is designed as a succeed or fail.
