Pros

Start you above minimum but not by a lot Most coworkers were nice Raises if you stay long enough

Cons

Management does nothing but nitpick and make new rules for no reason to make workers' lives harder You do your job and whatever other jobs they tell you to do because those employees "can't handle" their workload No praise Customers will rage on you about alcohol and return policies No support Never enough supervisors on duty You will never get off when your shift ends You will work 33-39 hours a week part-time so they don't have to give you full time benefits

Messy, absent policy... no matter if your sick or the weather is bad they expect you to come to work and be on time management will band together to get rid of the best employees
