Pros

Great opportunity to solve a lot of problems from the ground up. Get to learn a lot. Amazing software stack.

Cons

No collaboration between orgs. Subpar management vision. Chaotic atmosphere. No trust in employees. Senior management only questions what you do. Never part of the solution, always part of the problem.

Pros

Walmart gave me the opportunity to work on something that nobody else can do. I can thank them for that. Furthermore, the culture and values of the company have made me a better person. I had the opportunity to travel internationally and truly build world-class teams. The company has the resources to really lean into strategic initiatives, and treats its people with the utmost care and respect.

Cons

I can't think of anything bad to say. Please note that the CEO is new to the company, but I believe that he will do a good job.

Great Benefits Great Atmosphere very easy to swap departments and take a complete career change

Cons

Cannot decide if it is a startup or a Worldwide massive retailer, you get the worst of both worlds. bad managers never get fired
