Pros

If you like anonymity, then this is the place for you. Great environment if you like to have no idea what is going on with the store. There is always someone to let you know what you should be doing when. Just follow direction and if you work there long enough, you could get paid up to $20/hour for throwing pillows into a bin.

Cons

Most of the managers could never remember my name even though I wore a name tag every day for 3 years.

Pros

You can get up to 40 hours/week, sometimes 35. 10% discount card after 3 months. You can join their healthcare plan after one year.

Cons

The hardest and lowest position in Walmart. No one is allowed to work over time, unless approved by the Department Manager. If you do they'll cut your hours next week. Paid vacation starts after two years. Too often, not enough people to work with the truck.
