Pros

-great hours -morning shifts from 7-4pm -some associates are pretty nice and fun to get along with -bonuses after your 6 month period

Cons

-management -we have "the most important" job at the store but yet we get low pay at 8.40 an hour -no recognition -Some of the associates who have been their longer are unfair and think they're the bosses of you and get you to do everything they don't want to do themselves..

Pros

If your in a good store it is a great place to have a first job. You will learn a lot. It is extremely easy to move up in the company. They are pretty good about working around college. (if you have good managers)

Cons

I have worked at a pretty crappy store, and a great store. The bad store had rude management, poor communication and low employee morale. Even at the good stores it is hard to make good money. Usually the stress out-weighs the pay increases.

Pros

The discount, given after 3 months of employment, is the ONLY pro!

Cons

Their expectations are ridiculous. If they are paying you $10 an hour, they expect you to do the work of $20!
