Pros

Worked with many different kinds and interesting people. There is a lot you can learn if you take a step back and look at how things operate. They don't spoon feed you hows/whys things work the way they do, but you can take ownership of your own training and do well.

Cons

Large company with many long tenured employees makes it hard to move up quickly unless you catch the attention of the right people.
