Pros

Mostly working with a small team (at least I was despite being employed at one of the Supercenters), generally had the least to worry about when it came to Customer Service (though you will still have to provide that from time to time), though you'll have to get used to the fact that with as generic a job title as "Maintenance Associate" you'll be asked to do nearly anything and everything that there isn't another specific department to handle, and that will even include odd jobs like fixing the plumbing, cleaning off large sections of the store you're employed at, etc.

Cons

Again, many times maintenance will be called in to attempt to handle odd jobs that aren't even necessarily in the original wheelhouse of "maintenance" because no one wants to call in a specialist and need something taken care of hopefully quickly and without incurring even more cost.
