Turns out this is the best job I have ever had.

Pros

Great culture. The leadership has a great focus on Safety and work life balance. Had a director from Home Office call me when I was on vacation. When he relized I was taking the day off he appologized and stated Family First. It totaly made my day, no guilt spending time with my kids.

Cons

For me it is the commute to the facility.
