Pros
It is a big job but all the leadership makes an effort to not interrupt vacations and family time. Almost every leader I work with strives to be a true servant leader. absolutely great culture and values.
Cons
For me it is the commute. But that is my problem to solve. As for the company they put a lot of effort in training hourly staff but could do with a more structured approach on training salaried senior leadership.
