Pros

Gets to walk around the store as a plain clothes security guard, Gets to make stops and apprehensions. Flexible schedule if you have the right manager.

Cons

the pay is terrible! you can make more doing the same job at other companies. Walmart is known for its low pay and low customer service. Fair pay would help with the customer service part.

Pros

Friendly associates and fair minded management, good benefits, discounts, flexible hours. The store is always kept clean making shopping and working a pleasure. This is a growing company with many possibilities for promotion.

Cons

On the low end of the pay scale for associates. Compensation plans need to change to retain competent and reliable employees. Management is very strict on overtime hours.
