Pros

Great associates to work with. Usually flexible hours. Benefits package is nice.

Cons

Stressful job meant to push the limits of their employees to the point they either get burned out and quit or mess up enough to be considered temporary and terminated. Leadership is mediocre at best. Too many chiefs, not enough indians.

Pros

Honestly the only reason I can think of is the 10% discount you get after three months.

Cons

No matter how hard you work you are seldom acknowledged for your efforts. As an Asset Protection Associate it is very hard to do your job when the rest of management contradicts everything you say. Well at my store at least.
