Pros

Ok pay . Lots of folks committed to their jobs and want to do good work. Can move to different locations thru the country of you wanted to.

Cons

Lack of training along with a huge lack of staffing. Managers work like hourly staffing along with trying to get their own work done. Insurance is poop. For such a huge company you would think that they would have great insurance for their employees. Company direction is horrible and most of the management has poor training or treats folks like poop. Upper management expects miracles from management and associates. Understand retail environment but have some consistency with your company from building to building.
