Pros

Depending on your manager it can be a very fun place to work. Some manager will trust you to use your own creativity. It's also fun to watch customers come in and purchase an item you just place on display.

Cons

Communication throughout the store suck. Associates that are not affected by a change are the last to know, or sometimes are not never made aware of anything.

Pros

Large, availability in most environments throughout the world.

Cons

Micromanaged from the corporate office. No autonomy, no freedom, no thinking, just robotic to the corporate call. if you are a visionary a strong leader, this is not the company to work for.
