Pros

I was offered a slightly higher salary because I was in university vs high school. Fellow cashiers were very willing to switch shifts to help each other out.

Cons

Unlike floor workers, cashiers' breaks are scheduled for specific times to avoid everyone taking their break at the same time, however CSMs would often change the schedules to the point where they were unreasonable. For a 5-hour shift, management would schedule breaks roughly half way into the shift but CSMs would often send us on break after being there for only 45 minutes leaving us with 4 hours of straight work.

Cons

needs improvement with good ethics & tell other employees when there is an opening in another area because they are already there in the company
