Pros

Decent place to work. Good team and good salary for the area.

Cons

Definite ceiling if you don't already know someone in higher positions when you start with the company. It's all about who you know at this company. Of course, isn't it like that anywhere. Good ole boy network is alive and well at Walmart.

Pros

Management was flexible, on the job training if needed, down to earth co-workers, great work environment. Great career growth opportunities and the benefits are awesome!

Cons

When you list your availability, you are literally creating your work schedule so be careful. I put I was available from 1p-12a thinking that my schedule would fall between those times but I actually worked those hours. No work/ life balance.
