Pros

- good salary and bonus potential - good mission to provide affordable products for consumers - good fundraising for community - open door policy is reasonable for those who use it

Cons

- bureaucratic bloat and distraction from core mission - disregard for work-life balance at district level, sales and profit only real consideration - changing priorities daily - poor compensation for associates - poor resources devoted to associate training - unclear lines of authority, accountability, and responsibility - will hire un-educated and un-reliable workers

Pros

Pay is a little better than most jobs in this area.

Cons

Management constantly disrespects the employees and expects 1 person to cover many many areas alone. Little room for advancement.

Pros

well the pay isn't good, but okay for the field, what do you expect it is a low level job.

Cons

They treat you like dirt, they always find a way to not give you a bonus, they work you like a slave, and if you have one off day they threaten to fire you. The management will yell at you on the floor. I'm one of the better associates, so I see this happen to others.
