Pros

The customers, for the most part, are very friendly The opportunity to tell them the hours that you are available to work The relationships that are developed between co-workers

Cons

They do not promote the most qualified. They promote the people they like the most. There is no accountability for certain associates. They hire people that they are able to control for management positions, they do not want people who can think for themselves.

Pros

Training for new and current employees is great.. 2-15 minutes break and an hour lunch for a full shift. Advancement chances are good for the most part.

Cons

Management will not back you up on policies just to please the customer so they do not get a complaint to corporate about the store.
