Pros

Pay is good but long long hours for salaried management.

Cons

Unrealistic expectation from corporate with little care for hourly associates. High turnover rate.

Pros

Walmart does not expect their employees to work off the clock. You get paid for your time that you work. This is not always the case with all companies.

Cons

Cold in the winter. Cashiers are right by the doors, which are often open. Staying warm was a challenge.
