Pros

Will work with your availiability, good part time hours, and pay rate increases every year. Great company to wor for!

Cons

The worst part about the job would have to be the rude and impatient customers. You can't please everyone but you can still try and be respectful in many cases.

Some people who work there are awesome

Cons

You finally get a manager trained right and they get. Moved to a diffrent store. Mangement that does stay around are usually backstabbers who's whole world is Wallyworld almost to the point of obsession.
