Pros

Pay is reasonable if you live nearby. Co-workers mostly very nice. Company policies seem fair. Almost all customer service managers work really hard to help you do your job. Management speaks to employees in respectful manner--even if topic is negative. Ample breaks provided.

Cons

When you manage to maintain a pleasant professional attitude with customers but have to observe others employees be unpleasant without consequences. Irregular hours and difficulty arranging ahead of time for needed time off or switching hours.

Pros

Well, you are not likely to ever get laid off. *lol* The insurance is decent I guess. There is plently of room for advancement if that's what you are looking for...

Cons

It's unskilled labor. A dead end job. Because it's such a huge company, it's difficult to "stand out" from the crowd.

Pros

salary, growth opportunity, relocation, networking, big box experience are the most outstanding pros. The ability to move to the top from the very bottom.

Cons

The culture that began with the founder appears to be in decline. In some areas, too much focus on diversity
